FiM skins: Cheerilee

Cheerilee in a fighting game? Don't ruin my fantasy! The odds of her actually being in Fighting is Magic is close to none because of one of Applejack's (official) alternate color schemes, but I'll try my attempt anyway. Finding a good vector was the hard part, most of them cut her off. I only have a couple of more new characters in mind, but I have a few ideas for 2nd versions of previous sets. (Celestia, Spike, Spitfire, etc.)
